Due to the nature of collectible trading cards and the risk of value manipulation or card swapping, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases. This policy helps us maintain fairness and protect both buyers and sellers in the Pokémon card community.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. While returns aren’t accepted for change of mind or card value fluctuations, we’ll always make it right if:

  • Your order arrives damaged during shipping

  • You receive the wrong item compared to what you ordered

How to Report an Issue

  1. Contact us at arthur@shinymart.com.au within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect card/package

Once assessed and verified:

  • We will offer a replacement (if available)

  • Or provide a refund to your original payment method


🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor variations in packaging or card centering

  • Cards professionally graded by third parties after purchase

  • Any attempt to return cards different from those shipped
