Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Rates & Carrier
We ship all orders via Australia Post.
- $10 flat rate shipping Australia-wide
- FREE shipping on orders over $250 AUD
- New Zealand: shipping is available, with rates calculated at checkout

Delivery Times
Standard delivery timeframes with Australia Post are typically 2-6 business days within Australia depending on your location, and longer for New Zealand orders. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed — we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other events outside our control.

Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow your parcel's journey to your door.

Packaging
We carefully pack every card and box to protect against damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for how to report it.
